Q: Do you have a physical store? 
A: So excited to finally be able to say YES WE DO!!!

Q: Do you deliver out of Lagos? 
A: Yes we do! We deliver everywhere in the world. Delivery charges are calculated on checkout.

Q: Do you deliver out of Nigeria? 
A: Yup! We are so pleased to finally be able to offer Global Shipping! Delivery charges are calculated on checkout.


Q: Can I get a discount/free sample? 
A: We generally don't just give away free products and mark down prices with standard orders, however if you are a Club KA member, look our for flash sales and discounted private shopping events. If you're not a member yet, click here to join.


Q: My order is urgent, could I have it delivered today?
A: Yup yup! If you're based in Lagos, we order same day shipping, and we're working to bring this to several more cities!
 
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We take all major debit and credit cards and also accept bank transfers. Please follow the payment instructions on checkout.
 
Q: I forgot to include a product in my order. Can I add it in?
A: If you would like to amend your order, please give us a call on +234 1 765 4546 or +234 817 694 5728. If your order hasn't left yet, we will have no problems making any changes you want to.


Q: I have received my order but have now changed my mind about a product. Can I exchange it please?
A: For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges for products delivered, apart from on the rare occasion that they are defective or we have made a mistake. We have to ensure that all our products reach our customers in the best condition, and cannot vouch for them once they have been taken out of our possession. We therefore would be unable to re-sell products that have been in another customer's possession.
 
Q: When will a product I want be back in stock?
A: We try and restock products within 2 weeks. If a product you want is out of stock, please add it to your wishlist and you will be notified as soon as it is back on our shelves.


Q: I have tried calling your numbers and can't get through. What do I do?
A: Please note our phone lines are only active Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm (WAT).
