Jamaican Black Castor Oil

For Hair:

1. On clean, damp or natural/chemically treated hair, dispense a dime-sized amount of the oil into your palms.

2. Apply it through your hair all the way down to the ends to help lock in moisture and shine.

This oil can also be applied to thinning eyebrows to help with regrowth.

To use as a hot oil treatment:

1. warm oil in microwave for thirty seconds.

2. Allow to cool for one minute.

3. Apply oil to wet hair and cover with a shower cap for twenty-five minutes.

4. Rinse out and condition as usual.

For Skin:

Smooth it over arms, legs, or wherever skin is feeling dry as needed.
